I got the opportunity to help MSK with improving the usability of their existing Sharepoint site. MSK had a major pain point of the amount of content that existed on their site and how to navigate through it all. The goal was to have a site that gave Doctors, Nurses, Admin Staff the ability to easily and quickly find research information that could help them work with patients. We conducted Card Sorting Exercises, Tree Testing Activities, and On-Site Discoveries with 20 different departments and improved the navigation to content by 94%.
