Moneytree had a major initiative to create a mobile experience and give users the ability to take out a loan in a quick and simple way. In our UX discoveries, we worked with stakeholders to identify pain points and future plan features for a multi-phase launch. Through careful planning and collaboration, we were able to prioritize requirements and successfully hand off the designs to the development teams.
