Brooks engaged with us to help build an internal site that connected teams across the company to share small and big wins. Our challenge was to create a custom site that still gave the content creators the ability to upload and modify content without a technical background. During the UX discoveries, we prioritized features and honed in requirements to give the best possible experience. Our team worked with the Brooks Brand team to lock down on fully responsive designs that aligned with the core values. After the site launch, we continued to help the Marketing team to design an infographic about the rich history at Brooks Shoes. We got the opportunity to dig through archives of milestones and designed an informational asset for employees to remember who Brooks is and where they came from.
