I had the privilege to work the with CCU team for the website redesign. We were initially hired to create conceptual concepts, where I lead a team of three designers to come up with 3 concepts that gave the CCU team different perspectives. CCU continued to work with us to go through a UX phase and the refine the conceptual design work we initially started. The challenge was to understand the demography of users and design a solution that felt comfortable and met accessibility requirements. The primary goal for CCU was to highlight rates and make them visible from the desktop all the way to mobile.
